Each can contains fast-acting, hemp-derived Delta-9 THC (available in 3mg, 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg options) infused into sparkling water. All flavours are zero calories, zero sugar, zero carbs, zero sodium, gluten-free, and kosher.

That depends on your state’s cannabis consumption laws. Even though it looks like a regular seltzer, follow the same rules that apply to cannabis products.

After clicking “Add to cart” on the product of your choice, follow the steps provided on the website.

You can choose to create an account or continue as a guest.

There is no option to modify your order once it’s confirmed, but you can cancel the order and make a new one if the order has not yet shipped.

You will get an email confirmation with your order details.

If you are a member of The Nice Life club, the shipping is free on all of your orders. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

No. You don’t need to be home to receive the package. It will be delivered to your door.

No. You verify your age at checkout on the website.

Once an order has shipped, Nice™️ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. All shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier, though we will assist with claims where applicable. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

The tracking information will be provided by the carrier.

You can cancel your order at any time before the order gets shipped.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact support@nice.shop within 7 days of delivery and include:

  •       Order number
  •       Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear.

Refunds are not offered for:

  •       Requests outside the 7-day window
  •       Dissatisfaction or preference-related reasons
  •       Products that have been consumed
  •       Shipping delays or carrier-related issues

Yes. Customers must confirm they are 21+ at checkout. By placing an order, the customer represents and warrants that they are of legal age. We reserve the right to:

We may delay or cancel orders if age or identity cannot be verified. If verification fails, the order will be canceled and refunded.
